- Byron Katie
Using the the 4 questions and turnarounds of the The Work – I am here to support you in finding your own wisdom, peace and innocence. I hold a deep trust and respect for the ability of each person to find what is true for you as you meet the questions with your own honest answers.
When we are not fully aware of the thoughts and beliefs underlying our stressful feelings, and unskillful or unkind actions (or our inability to act) we are not able to learn, act wisely and kindly and experience peace or joy.
I’ve been noticing how much lighter I’ve been feeling lately, and it’s got nothing to do with food. It’s a lightness of mind, and an excitement about life. I like it a lot, and
have realized I’ve gone many years now without that feeling… so I thank you for helping me find that again. – Leah Serna, Nutritionist and mother
As an experienced facilitator of the Work, I will help you to identify the thoughts and beliefs that are limiting you and causing stress, suffering and patterns of behaviour that are not serving peace in your life.
From the place of my own deep practice in the Work I will hold you in the 4 questions and turnarounds in facilitated sessions to do whatever Work you need to do for your own freedom.
I will also support you in developing your own practice of self-facilitation in the Work by answering your questions about the Work. I can also offer ideas and exercises to help you dive deeper into your own inquiry.
In my 10 years practice in the Work I have worked with people of all ages – children, teens and adults, and I have experienced the power of inquiry in many areas of life and work. I have yet to find any area in my own life that doing my own Work has not supported me.
