I am a managing partner in Harvest Moon Consultants, together with my partner Chris Corrigan. Together with an international network of colleagues and friends we work with communities, large and small organizations, individuals and groups to creatively and actively engage with the complex challenges of work and leadership. We support participatory processes and engaging meetings, innovation, participatory leadership, and the capacity for powerful conversations that lead to wise action.

We are seasoned facilitators of group process working the participatory methodologies including Open Space Technology, Word Cafe, Circle Process, The Work, Collective Story Harvest and Pro-Action Cafe.

We also offer open registration and internal learning retreats for facilitators, educators and leaders. We are actively involved with the Art of Hosting international community of practitioners.
