Open to anyone who wants to step more fully and consciously into their own personal leadership and next level of possibility in work and life.
Leaders, practitioners and coaches, life learners, educators, entrepreneurs, creatives and more: Welcome!
This program will support you to:
Identify and inquire into your own limiting beliefs and patterns with effectiveness, compassion and precision.
Connect to a deeper sense of purpose, meaning and genuine confidence.
Communicate, act and make decisions from a place of deeper wisdom, alignment and clarity.
Increase your capacity to navigate uncertainty, complexity and change with curiosity, intelligence and grace.
Real lasting change requires intention, effective tools, consistently applied practice over time and skilled, reliable support.
The transformative practices and exercises that form the base of this program are based in The Work (of Byron Katie) and supported by neuroscience and complexity informed approaches. Based on 19 years and thousands of hours of experience working with this practice, Caitlin has structured this program to guide participants through inquiry into many of the key underlying patterns of mind that keep us stuck (see below). Personalized and supported through one on one coaching and a small, committed community of practice, participants can identify and engage growth at their own threshold of personal leadership.
THE WORK of Byron Katie is a simple and powerful process for identifying and inquiring into your own limiting beliefs and patterns. As a practice, it provides an effective way to shift the underlying patterns that keep you stuck and cause stress in your life, relationships and work. It enables you to open your mind to greater possibility and to access and grow your strengths, creativity, compassion and resilience, even in the most challenging and uncertain times.
Areas of Focus
This program offers a thoughtful, impactful design to engaging key underlying patterns of mind that can keep us stuck and limit our access to our full capacity and growth. Focussed exercises and practice will enable us to explore many of the following topics. The program design will also be responsive to participant needs.
Topics include
Transforming the fears that keep us stuck
People, relationships and connection
Judgement and being right
Authentic and courageous communication
Failure and success
Growing capacity for uncertainty, change, vulnerability
Conscious decision making
The “busy” factor - “I don't have enough time...

Competition and collaboration
Scarcity mindset “not enough”
